Our showroom is closed to customer traffic. Available staff may bring out products for customers to view and bike test rides are allowed. Face masks are required to be worn by employees and customers, and using hand sanitizer will be recommended to customers before handling products.
- Clothing and protection cannot be tried on
- Bike test rides in the parking lot are allowed
- In-store returns are subject to a 72 hour hold time
- Rental bikes are active.
For all curbside services being offered, we have a limit of helping one customer at a time. If a customer is in the curbside pick-up/drop-off area when you arrive, please wait in your car until the area is clear.
Updated In-Store Return Policy
All returns for orders placed through the website must be initiated through the form at https://www.fanatikbike.com/tools/returns. This allows us to generate an RMA# and better track every return. You can find a link to the form at the bottom of any page on our website.
For local purchases, under "Return Reason," select "Curbside Return at Fanatik." Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your return. Please note, returns items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process the return.
Purchases made in-store may also be returned in-store either by appointment or by invite when sales staff are available.
Bicycle Maintenance and Repair
Bicycle maintenance and repair services are available via curbside drop-off and curbside pick-up at our store. Please note, all bikes will be fully sanitized when arriving and before departing the shop, and all payments for service work will need to be made through our online payment system. Our website is accepting orders and we are doing everything we can to fulfill those orders as quickly as possible. Curbside pick-up is available. If you have a pending order and would like an update, please shoot us an email at email@example.com with your name or order number in the subject line.
