If you feel that a product you purchased from us is defective or has failed, we are here to help. Fanatik Bike Co. upholds all manufacturer warranty policies, and will facilitate your warranty request through the manufacturer as long as the product is within the manufacturer warranty period. Abuse, neglect, and/or mis-use of products are not covered under warranty. If you're not sure the exact stipulations of the product that you're attempting to warranty, you may either contact us, or view the manufacturer's website for warranty policies.
Please keep in mind, Fanatik Bike Co. is just the middle-man in this process, and the final decision of product warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer for that product. We will do our best to support your warranty case, but not all warranty requests are approved. Many of the manufacturers will deal direct with the consumer, should you want to expedite things and cut us out as the middle man. You can usually find pertinent information regarding the manufacturer's warranty policy on their website, and see if they deal direct with consumers.
Any labor and shipping costs associated with a warranty claim are not covered by the warranty, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item needs to be returned to Fanatik Bike Co. for warranty consideration, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Likewise, for warranty product being returned to customer, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Please note, warranty policies only apply to the ORIGINAL owner of the product. If you purchased the product used, we cannot provide any warranty support.
If you would like to warranty an item not purchased through Fanatik Bike Co., there will be a $20 processing fee.
