Banshee designed the Rune as a true explorers bike - a bike that is built to do everything, and do it well. In a perfect world, we would all have five or six bikes to fill every niche and style of riding - but as we all know, mountain biking can get expensive. The one-bike-quiver is not uncommon, and there are a number of bikes out there that claim they can truly do it all. So what sets the Rune apart from the rest?

With 160mm travel, the Rune will be equally at home at the bike park as it will on all-day epics. Adding to the Rune's versatility, this frame is equipped with flip-chips, allowing you to adjust the head angle, BB height, and chainstay length in three separate increments. Aggressive trail and park riders will likely run the bike in the low/slack/short position, which provides a relatively slack 64.5° head angle, 13.3" BB height, and 17.2" chainstays. Those doing more climbs and longer rides will enjoy the high/steep/long position, providing a 65.5° head angle, 13.8" BB height, and 16.9" chainstays. There's also a neutral setting, if your riding style doesn't cater to either extreme. Naturally, the Rune has been built to be compatible with all drivetrain configurations. A low-direct front derailleur tab insures accurate placement and crisp shifting with either SRAM or Shimano models. For 1x drivetrains, the Rune is fully chainguide compatible with an integrated ISCG '05 tab.

As with most all-mountain bikes these days, the Rune is equipped with a 44/56mm tapered headtube, allowing you to use either 1-1/8" or tapered forks with minimal stack height. For those looking to alter head angle, the Rune is Angleset compatible.

As with all Banshee bikes, the Rune is backed by a two-year limited warranty, and lifetime crash replacement policy.
