Fanatik is unique in that we serve both our local riding community through our brick-and-mortar shop and riders nationwide through our online store. We specialize in mountain bikes, components, and accessories, and we build and ship some truly incredible bikes every week. Beyond mountain bikes, we also support a wide range of riders from youth and commuters to BMX and hybrid.

Marketing Manager

Full Time

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who knows bikes and digital marketing. You’ll own Fanatik’s marketing from strategy through execution: planning campaigns, creating content with our in-house team, and measuring what’s working. If you love riding, think in campaigns and content calendars, and want to help grow a brand that riders trust, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • A passion for all things MTB!
  • Proven experience developing and managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing strategies and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Ecommerce Platforms, Email marketing, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics,
  • Experience writing and publishing original content such as blog articles, product reviews, and social posts
  • A strong marketing and tech background
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • A detail-oriented approach and a drive for continuous improvement
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a team environment

Bonus Points

  • Photography or videography experience
  • Comfort on camera, weather hosting product reviews, walkthroughs, or social content.
  • Photo and video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premier Pro or similar)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy. Develop, oversee, and track for all of Fanatik’s marketing efforts.
  • Drive traffic through digital advertising. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that bring new and returning customers to our website.
  • Own our social channels. Manage Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, including making sure comments and questions get timely, helpful responses.
  • Create compelling content. Work with our videographer and team to plan and produce photo and video content, including product launches, product reviews, and original content to be used across all marketing efforts.
  • Run email marketing. Build and execute a monthly email calendar, and maintain automated flows that re-engage customers and drive sales.
  • Partner with our web developer. Make sure branding and marketing initiatives are implemented smoothly on the website.
  • Report on performance. Keep track of what is working and use that information to continue reaching new and existing customers.

Schedule

  • 40 hours
  • 9am - 5pm / Mon - Fri

Pay

  • $26-$32 per hour DOE (Overtime at time and a half after 40)
