Yes, we offer financing on any purchase through Affirm from 10% APR. Simply select "Pay with Affirm" at checkout to start the qualification process.

If your order is purchased, shipped, and/or picked up in Washington state, you will need to pay 8.7% sales tax. Any order shipped out of Washington state is exempt from any sales tax.
Your credit card and/or PayPal account will be authorized for the total amount of purchase at the time of your order. However, your credit card/PayPal account will not actually be charged until the order has shipped to you.

We have several credit card scanning filters in place for security reasons. If your order is declined, there could be a couple of reasons:

Your billing address is not up-to-date, and/or does not exactly match what you have specified in your order.

You are using an international credit card that does not support AVS (address verification). In this case, we recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal or wire transfer. Please contact us for further details.

Backorders: Any item that is available, but not currently in stock on our website will display as “Backorder”. When you order a backordered product, we will contact you right away with more information as well as an ETA on the product. Your credit card and/or Paypal account will be authorized for the total amount of purchase at the time of your order. However, your credit card/Paypal account will not actually be charged until the order has shipped to you.

Preorders: Occasionally we offer preorders on upcoming product that we anticipate high demand. A preorder essentially insures that you will be among the first to get a hot new product. When you order an item with stock status displaying “Preorder”, your credit card and/or Paypal account will be authorized for the total amount of purchase at the time of your order. However, your credit card/Paypal account will not be charged until the order has shipped to you.

Yes, we can hold an order for up to 15 days after the time of purchase. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to insure we put a hold on it in time.



Most orders $50 or more ship for free within the lower 48 United States. Our free shipping method will either be FedEx Ground or USPS First Class/Priority depending on your location.

Orders containing sale/closeout products, oversized products such as wheels/frames/bikes do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders going to Canada, Hawaii, and/or international locations do not qualify for free shipping.

We make it our mission to get your order shipped out same-day.

To insure your order is shipped out same-day, please place your order no later than 2:30PM PST for ground shipments, and 12:00PM for Next Day and 2nd Day shipments

Certain items including complete and/or custom bikes and custom wheelsets generally require a 48 hour lead time before shipping. Any products that are backordered will not ship until they are back in stock.

Shipping rates vary depending on product(s) ordered, your location, and the size/weight of the product. To view shipping rates/options, simply add the desired products to your cart and you can view available shipping methods and costs from the cart.

We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS domestically and worldwide. For international small packages, we recommend USPS, and for larger packages we recommend FedEx or UPS.

If your order is valued $150 or more, the package will require a signature upon delivery. This is a non-negotiable policy, so please be sure you will be available at your shipping location to sign for the package.
For security, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed. If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us, and we can cancel your order so you can then re-place the order with the correct shipping address. Likewise, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. Currently we do not ship to Russia or Greece due to restrictive import/customs laws.

We are required to follow our brand's policies on shipping. Currently we cannot ship the following brands outside the United States:

Ibis - Intense - Devinci (some exemptions apply, please contact us regarding your exact location) - Evil - Fox Racing Shox - ENVE

Yes, you are responsible for any import duties/taxes incurred at customs. We get lots of requests from customers asking us to reduce the declared value of their package. Please don't ask, we cannot do this because it's ILLEGAL. Your package must be declared at the full value paid at the time of the order.

Additionally, we cannot offer any support determining how much duties/taxes will cost. You will need to contact your government customs office to get this information.

Returns & Warranties


Ordering online doesn't always go as planned. We've got you covered with our 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with the product, or if you just changed your mind, we'll happily refund your money or offer you store credit if you prefer.

Please note, the product must be in new condition with all original packaging.

The only exceptions to our return policy are custom bikes and custom wheelsets - since these items are specially built to your specifications, we are not able to offer a refund or credit. Of course, if one of these custom products was damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we'll sort you out.

To get started with a return, head over to our returns page and enter your email and order number. The order number must have a # before the numbers.
Nothing is more exciting than cracking open a box with your brand new bike inside and nothing is worse than throwing a leg over it and realizing you ordered the wrong size. As long as the bike hasn't been ridden on a trail and appears in new condition, we will return the bike or frame and exchange it for the correct size. We highly recommend that you perform a "driveway test" before taking the bike to the trail. We cannot return a bike or frame that shows any signs of wear and tear from riding.
Fanatik Bike Co. only sells new product. If any part of your order appears damaged or used, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery. If you are not home when the package is delivered, contact us to receive a call-tag for the damaged goods.
We uphold all manufacturer warranties on the products we sell. If you've purchased a product from us that has failed please contact us and we will do our best to get the product replaced and/or fixed for you. You may email us at sales@fanatikbike.com or call us at 844-326-2845.

Pricing & Inquiries


We strive to uphold the value of our brands while keeping prices as low as possible. Find a product cheaper somewhere else? Feel free to contact us with a pricematch request and we'll either match it or respectfully decline. We will only consider a pricematch if the following conditions are true:

A website link is provided to the product you are wishing to price match with the lower price visible

A forwarded email is provided including the retailer and quoted price

The product matches exactly what we offer (make/model/year/etc)

We do not offer retroactive pricematching. For example, if you find the product cheaper elsewhere after you've already purchased it from us, we will not offer a refund for the difference in prices.

Yes. If we lower the price of a product that you purchased from us we will happily offer Fanatik credit for the difference in price as long as the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy only applies if we currently have the exact model/size/color of the original product in stock.
Occasionally there are pricing errors on our website. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause. If a price on our website seems too good to be true, it likely is.
