Description
AMS Honeycomb XL Frame Guards protect bike frames from impacts, scratches and cable rubbing. It's made of an exclusive, super easy to install, honeycomb adhesive pvc with such a quality that will last longer than your bike.
Includes 10 pieces for a universal protection system:
- 1 big piece for the down tube
- 4 arrow pieces for extending the down tube protection or top tube
- 4 pieces for the chainstay
- 1 rectangle for cable wear protection or other uses
Depending on your bike type and what do you want to protect & style, we recommend the following:
Basically we recommend the standard AMS Frame Guard for:
- Top tube, cable and miscellaneous on DH/Freeride bikes
- Top tube, cable and miscellaneous on Trail/AllMountain/Enduro bikes
- Top tube, cable and miscellaneous on XC/Rally bikes
- Downtube and miscellaneous on XC/Rally bikes
- Top tube, cable and miscellaneous on Cross/Road/Urban bikes
- Downtube and miscellaneous on Cross/Road/Urban bikes
We recommend the AMS Frame Frame Guard XL for:
- Downtube, seat stays and seat tube on DH/Freeride bikes
- Downtube, seat stays and seat tube on Trail/AllMountain/Enduro bikes
As you see the XL on our Frame Guards doesn't have anything to do with an XL size of the frame. It's just a bigger protectected area.
