Marzocchi Bomber Z1 29" - 44mm Offset - 2022
The Marzocchi Bomber Z1 burst onto the scene over two decades ago and made its mark. The Z1 brought oil, coils and massive stanchions - it unapologetically prioritized grip and ride quality over just about everything else. The return of the Bomber Z1 brings back these same priorities in a 36mm chassis with a super plush air spring and proven FIT GRIP damper.
FIT GRIP Sweep is a robust closed cartridge style damper with the ability to recirculate and purge a proprietary bath fluid to maintain consistent cartridge fill and damping performance over time. The Sweep lever adjustment is a combined Low Speed Compression and High Speed Compression adjustment that ranges from open to locked out.
The Float EVOL air spring increases negative air spring volume, specifically to provide optimum small bump sensitivity. A more linear spring curve gives EVOL forks plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tunable bottom-out progression, allowing riders to tap into the ideal pairing of front and rear-end feel.
