For deep and soft terrain, the Schwalbe Dirty Dan offers an aggressive open tread, excellent braking traction, and extremely good self-cleaning characteristics (thanks to the large stud gaps). The Dirty Dan features ADDIX Ultra Soft, puncture-resistant Apex-armed compound. A wire bead gives the Super-G version extreme lateral stability for a dynamic ride.
