We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, most new and unused products can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund.

Most new and unused products may be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Be submitted for return within 45 days of purchase

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale products (noted on the product page)
  • Fanatik Outlet products
  • Custom-built bikes and wheel builds, including all bikes sold through Fanatik's Bike Builder
  • Used products
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States

Complete Bike & Frame Returns

Nothing is more exciting than receiving a brand new bike, but sometimes the size isn't quite right.

To help ensure you end up with the right bike, complete bikes and frames may be returned within 45 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The bike or frame must be in new, unmodified condition.
  • The bike must not have been ridden beyond a basic parking lot or driveway test ride. Bikes that have been ridden on trails or roads, or show signs of use, damage, or modification, are not eligible for return.
  • Frames must not have any parts installed, including bottom brackets, headsets, or other components.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Complete bike and frame returns are issued as a Fanatik e-gift card (store credit) and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

To begin a complete bike or frame return, please contact Fanatik Customer Service. Complete bike and frame returns cannot be submitted through our online return portal.

How to Start a Return

Returns can be started online through our return portal or in person at our Bellingham store. Complete bike and frame returns must be initiated through Customer Service.

Option 1: Ship Your Return

After your return is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.

Please pack your return securely and include all original packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Fanatik will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Option 2: Drop Off Your Return

If you're local, you're welcome to bring eligible returns directly to Fanatik during normal business hours.

You can start the return through our online return portal and select "Drop Off Return," or simply bring the item into the store and we'll help you get the process started.

Refunds

Want free return shipping? Choose a Fanatik e-gift card (store credit) instead of a refund to your original payment method and we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds can be issued either to the original payment method used for the purchase or to a Fanatik e-gift card.

Complete bike and frame returns are issued as a Fanatik e-gift card (store credit) only. A 10% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the final credit amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items returned with missing packaging, signs of installation, or damage may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for return.

Please allow 1–2 weeks after your return is received for inspection and processing.

Exchanges

Fanatik is not currently offering exchanges. If you need a different item than the one you purchased, please submit your return first, and then place an order for the correct item.
