The lever reach is adjustable with an allen key. Value is the name of the game with the Level brake, and for the price, is tough to beat. No, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the higher-end Level TLM brake, but it's a workhorse brake that won't break the bank.In the box

When the lever is squeezed, a cup seal passes this area and closes the port, which pressurizes the system. SRAM’s new timing port closure system features durable seals and an ultra-smooth cylinder bore finish, producing dependable braking power and consistency.
