HighGear and OBB (Over Bottom Bracket) linkage deliver fully active, fully independent suspension with superior bump-force management, zero pedal feedback, and 30mm increased chainring clearance and protection to unlock previously impossible lines and eliminate run-ending failures.

HighGear Drivetrain
By reducing the chainring diameter and positioning it higher, HighGear increases ground clearance by 30mm and opens race‑winning lines. The protective housing shields the system from impacts, making race-ending chainring failures a non‑issue, all while allowing optimal chainring size for the course.

Self Aligning Chassis
Built for true downhill loads, Demo 11’s Self‑Aligning Chassis keeps the rear wheel tracking straight and predictably, even deep in the stroke, under maximum force. Most designs push on the seatstays to drive the shock. That puts the system in compression, like trying to push a wagon straight, so under load it wanders off‑plane. When loaded, Demo 11’s OBB creates a “pulling” force between the main pivot and rear axle. Like pulling on a wagon handle, the wheel stays aligned, delivering predictable handling throughout the travel.
