Built for the brutal demands of downhill racing and freeride progression, the XX DH Transmission Derailleur takes SRAM’s proven Full Mount Transmission architecture and pushes it even further. Designed for World Cup start huts and the gnarliest lines on the mountain, this derailleur eliminates the traditional hanger interface and mounts directly to the frame for unmatched precision, strength, and impact resistance.

Thanks to AXS wireless technology, shifting is ultra-precise and cockpit clutter disappears. Just like the rest of the T-Type Transmission system, the derailleur works in perfect sync with the cassette through Cassette Mapping technology, ensuring constant chain engagement and uninterrupted power transfer. That means you can shift exactly when you need to, whether you’re dropping from the start gate or sprinting flat-out to the finish.

The DH-specific inline cage is built tougher than ever, with a flat outboard surface for easy maintenance and improved durability. A Type 4 damper keeps the drivetrain remarkably quiet and stable through the roughest tracks, while replaceable skid plates, a serviceable outer parallelogram link, and a rebuildable thread-on cage assembly ensure long-term serviceability.
