At first glance, the MAXIMA’s smooth operation might seem subtle, but don’t be fooled, its true nature shines when it counts most. The mechanism's refined action provides a consistent, predictable bite point, giving you the control to modulate braking force with incredible sensitivity, even through the roughest terrain.

This precision is vital for harnessing the power of the MAXIMA brakes, which is ready to unleash when you need it most. The immense strength comes from a hydraulic system that drives a 9mm pump piston to four 16/17mm caliper pistons, all backed by an exceptional mechanical transmission ratio created by the lever geometry. This design minimizes the effort needed at the lever, even when navigating steep, technical descents. CNC-milled from 7075 aluminum, the calipers feature optimized steel yoke bolts for maximum stiffness. Paired with Goodridge steel flex or Kevlar hoses, the entire system boasts exceptional rigidity, ensuring that power is always controlled, never overpowered.
