This Problem Solvers shim will allow the use of a 30.9mm seatpost in a frame that accepts 31.6mm seatposts.
Please keep in mind that due to the ultra-thin spec of this shim and varied manufacturing tolerances of frames and seatposts, it's not guaranteed to be compatible with all brands on the market. Be gentle and use grease.
