The Specialized Gambit isn’t just another full-face helmet — it’s a complete rethink of downhill protection. Engineered from the inside out, it pairs a lightweight carbon fiber shell, structurally reinforced polycarbonate backing, and five strategically-placed foam densities (patent pending) to deliver ASTM DH-certified performance at a weight and comfort level that feels more like a high-end half shell. The result? A helmet that boosts confidence on the steepest descents without weighing you down during long pedal transitions.
Ventilation is fully optimized thanks to a CFD-designed airflow system and 4D Brow Cooling, channeling massive air volume through the helmet — even at slower climbing speeds. Inside, the SBC Integrated Fit System replaces bulky pressure-based padding with secure, highly adjustable stabilization that keeps airflow unobstructed and the helmet perfectly aligned. Combine that with tunable occipital fit, multiple cheek pad configurations, and the ultra-light MIPS SL liner for enhanced rotational impact protection, and the Gambit practically disappears on your head while still delivering full-on confidence.
