Description

The XX DH Transmission Cassette – XD SLIM represents the next evolution in gravity drivetrain optimization. Featuring the same race-proven 7-speed 10–24t range and full X-Sync tooth profile as the standard XD version, it delivers unmatched shifting performance under full race load. Designed exclusively for T-Type chains, this cassette allows riders to drop gears at full power without hesitation, maintaining speed when it matters most.

The difference lies in the hub interface. The new XD SLIM driver body standard is engineered specifically for modern 148mm downhill bikes, allowing for a narrower freehub body and more symmetrical spoke bracing angles. The result is stronger, stiffer, and more evenly tensioned wheel builds. Combined with the inboard positioning of the Full Mount rear derailleur, XD SLIM maximizes drivetrain and rotor clearance while optimizing wheel strength for the demands of World Cup-level downhill racing.
